Items must be returned or exchanged in new, unused condition and in their original packaging, with all tags intact.

You must submit the unboxing video for return or exchange.

The product should not have been used, altered, or damaged by the customer. Returns or exchanges must include all original accessories and documentation.

Refund Process

Once we receive your return or exchange request, we will provide you with return authorization and detailed instructions on how to return or exchange the item. After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process your refund within 7 business days.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the returned items are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
