Orders placed Monday through Friday IST will be processed on the same or following business day and will be shipped within two business days of order placement if the product(s) is(are) in inventory in our warehouse. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us at an additional cost of INR 100/-. Additionally, we provide an option for product exchanges to ensure you find the perfect item.

Return Eligibility

For your return or exchange to be eligible, the following conditions must be met:

Items must be returned or exchanged in new, unused condition and in their original packaging, with all tags intact.

You must submit the unboxing video for return or exchange.

The product should not have been used, altered, or damaged by the customer. Returns or exchanges must include all original accessories and documentation.

We accept returns for damaged, defective, or missing products, as well as exchanges for different sizes or colors.

For the return or exchange process, we require a 360-degree unboxing video without any cuts or edits.

Refund Process

Once we receive your return or exchange request, we will provide you with return authorization and detailed instructions on how to return or exchange the item. After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process your refund within 7 business days.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the returned items are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
