We ship all over India and try to get the best rates for our customers. Orders placed Monday through Friday IST will be processed on the same or following business day and will be shipped within two business days of order placement if the product(s) is(are) in inventory in our warehouse. If you want to inquire about the delivery time of a product, do not hesitate to contact us prior to placing your order. Our shipping charges varies as per the order value and delivery location. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout our product delivery timeline is 4-9 days maximum. You have a generous 3-day period from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange. This timeframe allows you ample opportunity to assess whether the product meets your expectations and requirements.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us at an additional cost of INR 100/-. Additionally, we provide an option for product exchanges to ensure you find the perfect item.

Return Eligibility

For your return or exchange to be eligible, the following conditions must be met:

Items must be returned or exchanged in new, unused condition and in their original packaging, with all tags intact.

You must submit the unboxing video for return or exchange.

The product should not have been used, altered, or damaged by the customer. Returns or exchanges must include all original accessories and documentation.

Be sure to include your order number and the reason for your return or exchange in your email.

We accept returns for damaged, defective, or missing products, as well as exchanges for different sizes or colors.

For the return or exchange process, we require a 360-degree unboxing video without any cuts or edits.

Refund Process

Once we receive your return or exchange request, we will provide you with return authorization and detailed instructions on how to return or exchange the item. After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process your refund within 7 business days.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the returned items are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
